Yugen Zetta is a small software company from Mersin, with ties to Hong Kong. We started with the work we know: MarineOS, which lets owners and operators on voyage charter follow their demurrage from charter party to collection — with fleet, compliance and fuel records in the same system.
The name
In Japanese, the depth you don't see at first glance. For us: truly understanding the detail of the work on the ground.

Product ideas come from shipowners' offices and the port, not from a desk. We listen first, then build.
Rather than trying to do everything, we do a few jobs properly: certificates, voyages, fuel and demurrage.

We shape the system together with our pilot customers. The goal isn't to sell and leave; it's to improve it with you.

AI reads the charter party and the SOF; your operator checks and approves. Laytime is calculated to your CP terms, invoices and collections are tracked, and you're warned before the time bar runs out. Fleet, certificate and fuel records live in the same system.
